DO YOU DO GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes we absolutely do! We have vouchers available all year round for you to purchase with your chosen amount. We also do "special" vouchers available at selected times of the years. Purchase a selected amount advertised and get a bonus amount for no extra charge (eg. buy $100, receive $50 free).

IS THE APPRENTICE'S WORK AS GOOD AS THE SENIORS?

Our apprentices are trained in the salon and attend TAFE for further training and assessing. We allow our apprentices to do what they're deemed capable and comfortable doing. EVERY appointment booked with an apprentice is overlooked by our senior stylist.

DO YOU HAVE ANY LOYALTY PROGRAMS?

We have 2 different loyalty programs at Koca.The first loyalty program is a haircut "frequent flyer" card. With every haircut you get at Koca we give you a stamp on the provided card, every 5th and 10th haircut will be free!The second loyalty program is specifically for our apprentice's appointments. With every chemical service done by our apprentice we give you a stamp on the designated card, every 5th and 10th stamp gets you a lucky dip bonus as a thank you for supporting our emerging stylists.

CAN I USE AFTERPAY FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

You can use Afterpay, Zippay and Salonpay in the salon for all appointments over $100. You can use the tap 'n' go method for all of these payment apps or we can enter the barcode provided by these apps.
